The Pandemic Accord needs an independent monitoring committee

In their article published in the Lancet, Layth Hanbali, Susanna Lehtimaki, Elliot Hannon, Christine McNab, and Nina Schwalbe call for the establishment of an independent monitoring committee to assess state parties' compliance with and reporting of the Pandemic Accord.
