Spark Street Advisors join the Pandemic Action Network, the Chairs, Co-Chairs, Members and Secretariat of The Elders Foundation, The Global Preparedness Monitoring Board, The Independent Panel for Pandemic Preparedness and Response, and The Panel for a Global Public Health Convention to urge leaders to ensure an effective, legally-binding Pandemic Accord and ensure core provisions on equitable access, financing, and accountability.
