We officially submitted proposed amendments for the ninth meeting of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB9). Our submission focuses on Article 21 Conference of the Parties and Article 23 Reports to the Conference of the Parties.
In summary, we propose strengthening the provisions for state compliance as that contributes to better enforcement of the agreement.
